Stepping Into the Executive Cadre

A leading edge leadership program designed for new EX-01, or EX minus 1 and 2 levels aspiring to become executives in the federal public service.

ABOUT

The 12-day program is delivered in 4 modules that are 3 days each.
The program challenges participants by combining theory, modeling, guest speakers , leadership site visits and case studies sponsored by a department.

Program objectives

The program objectives for each phase will incorporate experiential learning that will include:

  1. The concepts of Leadership, Management and Governance
  2. Leadership competencies and how to practically develop them
  3. Innovation and how to become a change agent
  4. Best practices that can inspire great leadership

Program highlights

Cohort Number 10  (French cohort) will be delivered in these four modules
Module 1: Oct 9-10-11, 2018
Module 2: Jan 15-16-17, 2019
Module 3: March 12-13-14, 2019 (Site Visits in Montreal)
Module 4: June 4-5-6, 2019

Cohort Number 11  will be delivered in four modules
Module 1: March 19-20-21, 2019
Module 2: May 28-28-30, 2019
Module 3: Sept 17-18-19, 2018 (Site Visits in Montreal)
Module 4: Nov 26-27-28, 2019
